  How long is your processing time?

• 10-12 days, however, orders are often shipped sooner than that!
• Priority shipping can also be purchased to ensure treats arrive sooner
• Please keep in mind that each treat is made to order

 

What are our business days/hours?

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST

 

Do you do custom orders?

• At this time, we have paused all custom ordering.  Don’t worry though, we will be back at it, bringing you the cutest customs around. 

 

Are there any preservatives in your treats?

• No. Sunshine Treat Co treats are 100% preservative FREE & all natural.  

 

How long do your treats last?

• Please store your treats in our sealed packages in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

 

 Is your packing recyclable? 

• Yes! 

 

What if my cookies arrived broken?

• We try our best to package our treats in a way that protects them from the movements of shipping, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that treats will not be broken. Broken cookies are unable to be refunded or replaced.
